Okay, so it's been since Thursday that the doctor told me to start weening myself off of soda and I haven't had one since Friday. I think I am going to have one because I have had the most killer headache since Saturday night and I know that is why. I'm feeling super motivated to stick to my diet but the doc did say not to quit cold turkey, so I better listen right? I'd like to go the gym tonight but I forgot my gym bag at home and by going home first I am going to expose myself to the puppies and a husband begging me to stay. Grrr. I wish I had someone to go the gym with, to keep me motivated. I'm gonna have to befriend another lady on the eliptical so I have someone to chat with. Dammit.
