This week I joined the gym for the very first time and went on my own which is something I thought I’d never do! Diet has still been going well, keeping to low calorie and low carb. I expect that the losses won’t be so high next week because it goes like that but hopefully I’ll stay as determined.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
