5th meal - salmon and cottage cheese - 220 - 9:00
6th meal - slim fast - 180 = NO
Drinks - 2PM - 2 - Propel - 10,10
NO BIKIN OR WALKIN
CALORIES - 1460

LOST 2 1/2 POUNDS - 199.5 - LOWEST I'VE BEEN THIS YEAR!!!!!! YESSSSSSSS
