Good workout this morning. Added in oatmeal with some frozen blueberries for breakfast the last 2 days. We have a party at friends tonight. The plan is to limit myself to 1 glass of wine, no tortilla with the fajita meat and veggies, and just one smallish serving of meat and veggies. No dessert.
I am anxious to hit 190!
