im so mad at my weight! ive been exercising, consistently 99% of most mornings (although i admit it is for short distance/time), i watch my diet to the point i almost never surpass 50% of my RDI amd still i stay with the same weight!! i cannot believe i gained 5 pounds since november and i am suddenly stuck in 147! i assume i must not only erase all candy/pastries/cheese from my life, but that i may be forced to lift weights at an expensive/inconvenient gym!

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2018:
