Couldn't weigh-in on Tuesday. Had to leave town for a family emergency. Got back late last night & weighed in this morning. I ate a lot of junk when I was out of town and expected a gain but I guess I did okay. I'm still fighting a cold and find that while I'm hungry, I really don't feel like eating large portions. That probably helped a lot. Still under goal and that makes me happy.
