ok so its really day 10 on this thing but i dont know how to change the buttons....
I have lost 6.5 lbs so far and its the easiest diet i've ever been on.
I love the weight lifting in a circuit style too.
I think this is doable!!!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
