I finally got on the treadmill. 26:00 for one mile. I’m on an incline and I’m just plain out of shape. My treadmill is too fast for me. I can’t even get doing the warm up stage🙄oh well, I’ll just keep doing something. I like to walk and dance to the music to keep myself from being bored on there, plus my quick cycle laundry load is 29 mins so might as well get some steps in rather than wearing down the couch cushions. 🤦🏼♀️
