I allowed myself to overindulge yesterday, for some reason I was very weak and had a few blackouts. I took refuge in bed studying along with allowing myself to eat whenever I wanted.
I have decided today I am going to take it easy, it will be a low calorie day. But I will subside on too much activity due to this weird lightheaded phase.
I'm figuring that I must be getting sick again and it's probably another strain of the 'fresher' flu going around.
I will not allow this flu to ruin my diet. I know the scales are going to hate me for my activity yesterday. But I'll make it up to them later on.
