I went for a walk today. about 20 minutes, pushing my son in the stroller. it was a nice walk, but all i'm craving for snack is chips. i was strong enough not to buy any when i went into the store, but i did buy popcorn. low fat..for the whole bag its 300 calories. i'm glad i'm down to 260, my next goal is 258. i know its not much, but i need to do little steps at a time or i will get discouraged and stop. other than that, i had a pretty good weekend. did lots of outside work. i need to amp up my working out though. more tomorrow..
