Day2 went really good... until the evening. I think I might've put a lil too much (not overly too much) dressing on my salad. Also, went to the opening of Harry Potter last night and I was able to resist the urge to splurge on coke but I ended up having a few handfuls of my friends popcorn. I felt guilty doin it too, but I'd forgotten to bring a healthy snack with me. I lied to myself and said only a couple pieces won't hurt and I can stop. Nope it ended up a couple hand fulls. I feel so guilty, but I'm not going to start over I'm just gonna keep on going. I feel that one slip up isn't the end of the world. I may not lose as much as soon, but I haven't totally killed it.

Day2 food list:
Cantaloupe
1/3 cup French vanilla yogurt
banana
6oz strawberry yogurt
2 handfuls grapes
2 sweet potatoes baked w/ small amount of seasoned salt

You are doing fine....everyone slips once and awhile! Just be sure to get back on track right away and you will be just fine! You did great yesterday for the most part, the temptations will always be there, you just have to decide for yourself if it is worth it....most of the time it is, but if that is the choice you make, just get back on track and do it! You are doing great, keep it up!

Good for you not quitting - Try to eat the rice and beans - It makes you really full :)

Hey there! I just do the Lucerne Fat Free Smoothies, but when I make them I use fresh fruit, 2% milk, yogurt (flavored or unflavored what ever you have), a couple scoops of frozen fat free yogurt and blend them up....they are really good. But since I have found the Lucerne ones and they are usually 10 for $10.00 I just get them.
