Its my first week back on dieting and I'm trying to ween myself off things I shouldn't eat. I need to get my fruits and veggies up higher and eat less things that are empty calories.. and there are so many good things around - inlcuding my favourites - gingerbread. That said, I'm pacing myself better than I would in years past. I'm trying to limit myself to 2 a day... rather than as many as I could munch every time I walk past the cookie tin. I am 1.8 pounds away from the 10% mark - and my goal was for next week - so I just need to be good and I'll be right on track. I fit into the athletic shirt I bought to go to the gym, but my belly still needs a bit of work before its flatter - so another week or two of crunches and I should be able to wear it.
