January 2014 started tracking... 264 lbs.

July 2014 lowest as an adult.... 229.6 lbs.

January 2015 back to ... 264 lbs.

August 2015 lowest of 2015... 254 lbs.

January 2016 back heavier than ever... 274 lbs.

November 2016 lowest of 2016... 243 lbs.

February 2017 My 50th Birthday... 248 lbs.

December 2017 Decision to change... 260.8
Today December 16, 2017... 251.2 lbs. I will make the changes I need, to be successful. Good luck all!
