Tired of lugging around all this extra "me". It has affected my life way too long. I want my life back, healthy like before. Weigh In (WI) was yesterday (Wednesday), gained back the .4 I lost the previous week. This has been a slow road lately. Haven't pinpointed what my problem is. I think it is my dairy and healthy oils (not getting them in). I get confused on the dairy though, never know how much is a serving considering they are not all created equal. Say a serving of lf milk is not the same as a serving of lf/ff cottage cheese, to get same calcium requirement.

Hello, Everyone.
Just joined this site(Fatsecret) last week. I regularly go to Weight Watchers meetings weekly. I joined a few of the Challenges on this site, and implemented a few of my own. So far so good. I had plateaued and not sure what to do. So joining the challenges gave me the kick in the pants to get me motivated. In doing so, I lost 2.2lbs this week. You have no idea how happy that makes me.

Omg, Lost another 1.1lbs this morning, only a day after WW-WI. This Morning Mile Challenge is really working for me. Along with that I make sure I get my healthy ghg in, for those that follow WW. I also uped my fruit(200g) and veggies(300g). Also being very sure to get my milk and oils in.
