I stupidly broke my fast early at 10 a.m. for a Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit. 46 net carbs. Dang. I'll be having zero carbs the rest of the day, and closing my eating window at around 6.

P.S. if someone weren't familiar with IF, "eating window" would sound like a weird term for "mouth."
