Monday must be my best workout day. I did two beach body workouts 21 day fix upper body and piyo hammer and chisel. I think I am getting my groove back with dvds. I use to bring my DVD player to the gym but now I can stream them yay. That is not the exciting news it’s that I went to a gym I used to love and met with a trainer who seems to care anout my fitness and found out a functional training prg might be within my affordability spectrum. I am so excited of course because there was an assessment that has unfortunately worked me into a tisy I can’t sleep sigh
