Oh, Carmel, you sound just awful. Like you wrote yesterday, I think a trip, or at least a call, to the doctor is called for. Hope you feel better soon! 

Remember to keep your fluids up. Stay warm, and drink heaps of water.  

Thanks for comments. Yes drinking water all day. Managed to have a light meal and kept it down. Thanks again 

Good for you. I recommend a hot lemon/honey/freshly-ground-ginger. Ginger settles the stomach. xx
