I am struggling with all of the time I spend in the car for my job (sometimes 200 miles a day) and the lack of good solid exercise. My metabolism has changed and the weight accumulates in places I never had weight before. Sigh. I need to get serious and be pristine about diet and exercise now. Getting older does not play fair!!! Looking up daily menu samples online next....
