Okay. I've not been following the plan quite right. I'm on Phase 3 - no sugars or starches phase of the HCG Diet. First I had pizza toppings and I realized later that I probably ate a lot of sugar in the sauce. Plus, I went ahead and ate one whole slice of thin crust so I got starch there. Then I realized I'd been eating a lot of steamed carrots and those are starchy. I also had some thin mint cookies from a box of Girl Scout cookies the first two days. I didn't think it'd matter.

So, now that I'm 3 pounds up from my LDW of 126.0, I'm going back to Atkins Induction for a few days to get my weight back down. I don't want to lose the progress I've made and I don't want to go back on HCG for another round.
129.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.5 lb a week

on the hcg protocol it says that you must weigh in in the morning after you empty your bladder daily and that if you go over 2lbs even if it's 1oz over from your weight on the day of your last shot that you must skip breakfast and lunch and only drink water all day and then for dinner eat a large steak and an apple or a raw tomato. My husband did that and it works perfect. I am going into this phase in 2 days... :) good luck.
