15 min meal-Beef, Pasta Zero, & Veggies W/ Alfredo Sauce ~400 calories-4oz Pre-portioned ground beef, pasta zero root noodles, frozen corn, frozen peas, onions, & carrots & then right before removing from heat add alfredo sauce & stir then plate it.
