saw a picture of myself yesterday and my spirits was completely shattered. I cried hysterically for 3 hours.

Reading this breaks my heart for you. I've so been in your shoes so many times (and will be over and over again...sometimes the views that we take of ourselves can be so harsh and cruel...you wouldn't treat another person this way, why do we do it to ourselves?). Hang in there! Try to focus more on the beautiful person that you are on the inside and you will eventually be able to recognize that same person on the outside.

I did that at Christmas time... I was so upset when I saw how much weight I gained. I want so much to be the person I use to be. I understand how it feels! You can lose weight :) I have found that I have to stay committed to the meal plan and exercise program to see results, when I fall off the plan, I don't see any results. Consistency! It's SO hard, but you can do it :)

Use what you felt like each time you want to skip a workout or eat unhealthy foods. It gets better, put in the work and you will get results. It happens one day at a time.
