I had a good day today. I even tried a cauiflower "mashed potato" recipe and it was tasty.
I got my walk in today before the rain got too hard - but only did one loop around the trail - about 1.5 miles - but could easily have done two loops had the rain let up a little. It is now very easy for me - which is really neat because when I started walking I could not make it around the trail even once.
So, after only three weeks of making changes, I can see improvement. I jsut hope my impatience does not sabotage me...
