I've been recording my weight almost every day for over four years. Sometimes, I'll record my measurements too.
I've decided to let go of the weight thing and focus on measurements only. Here is where I was one year ago: Calf 19 1/4 in Hips 50 in Waist 39 in Bust 37 in Arm 16 in (weight was 211)
Here are my measurements as of this morning: Calf 21 1/2 Hips 55 Waist 44 Bust 41 Arm 17 1/4 Neck 16 1/2 (weight 252)
From now until Thanksgiving, I'm focusing on drinking more water and getting 30 minutes of movement (sqauts and streching/yoga/walking,a nd eating one piece of fruit a day. I will not weigh or record my stats until the morning of Thanksgiving. Hopefully, something will be smaller.
Time for a thoughtful, but radical change to how I'm going to lose weight.
