Need to get back into exercise. Joints are always stiff nowadays.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

I second you on that...only reason I am waiting a few more pounds because exercise makes me hungry and I tend to eat more.
