SHOCKED. I always thought that my shakes totaled about 900 to 1,000 calories a day. I just entered the nutritional value and the 3 shakes come to only 445 calories a day. The vitamins and other stuff are ok, but WOW even to me that's a bit scary. I got it into my head, and I don't know why that each sachet was so high except that I must have been looking at the value of the 100g weight.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 April 2012:
437 kcal Fat: 7.14g | Prot: 44.32g | Carb: 45.48g.   Breakfast: coffee, water, Lipotrim Meal Replment. Lunch: coffee, water. more...

I hope that the shakes aren't the only thing you eat in a day. I think that's too low for a healthy total daily intake. Be careful, please!

I hope you're using the shakes to subsidise a healthy diet... less than 1200cal/day can result in your metabolism shutting down and a massive plateau, followed by greater weightgain when you stop. Those shake diets are usually meant to be used to replace 1-2 meals per day, with the third including the high GI carb, lean meat, and green veges that your body needs.

oooooookay, cos you're prolly starving yourself, and your body will be devouring your muscle. you've got to feed the machine, sweetie!!

I see you're doing great with the weight loss! But, I would definitely increase protein consumption as well. Protein maintains and repairs muscle fibers, so it's a must for any food plan. And we all know more muscle = increased metabolism. The increased calories from a good protein source is good for the body since it's natural and not processed junk. Think of it as high octane fuel for the body that's used efficiently and boosts body performance ;)

Thank you. yes I so agree with you all. My protein amount for my weight is about 136 far too much. I tried with a protein diet group but I gained weight and was sluggish. The lipotrim is my way to get started and detox. I have so much energy and motivation that I know that I will be fine once I go back on my full protein shakes and lovely dinners.
