I've decided it's time to stop making excuses and stick to a diet. In 2005 I both became pregnant with my first son and finished my time in the Army. I blamed the huge weight gain from being on bed rest although I'm sure it was because I ate whatever, whenever. I struggled for over a year and wasn't able to drop any weight, then I got pregnant with my second son. This time I didn't gain nearly as much weight, but of course I was overweight in the first place so I am pretty much the same weight I was 2 years ago. Now I have no more excuses, we are done having children and I need to get on track so I can be healthy for them. I hope this website helps me reach my goal.
