Had a good ride on the trainer this morning - just did a steady state ride. Yesterday did the Spinnervals power sprint intervals. The weather and work really got me down yesterday but today will be a better day! I think I need some new clothes therapy. Yesterday I was wearing my fat pants which are now baggy and disgusting looking and I think that contributed to my bad mood - they have got to GO! Oh, and I weighed in at 147.5 this morning, down 1 pound. I'm not going to record it yet, in case it is just a fluctuation.
