Didn't eat after 5 ,had under25 carbs walked on treadmill 30 minutes .also had a breaded chick fillet sandwich no bun only 10 carbs 👍yum that's delicious for just 10 carbs my new find which I will be eating more often 👏👏also eating these hemp seeds with melted lilies sugar free chocolate 👍delicious only 1 carb in 3 tablespoons of hemp seed and 3 carbs in melted chocolate .healthy fats for the brain I had 6 tablespoons of hemp seed mixed with the chocolate 👍I need all the brain help possible 👌plus made me feel full 1700 calories total for the day
150.1 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
