Good choices and Portion Control will get you where you need to be little lamb girl. :-) I'm rooting for you! Try and set some goals and make a plan and you'll do just fine. I'm currently on 1300 calories a day and the weight isn't going off fast but it's going off consistently. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't come off as fast as you want it to. Just stay on task and you'll be fine. Good luck! :-)
