It sure is. The fact that you made a start is good. And the funny thing is that I haven't weighed myself and just put in a high number. Have bought a weighing scale yesterday and am looking forward (or dreading) my first official weigh in either tomorrow or on Monday. Best of luck for the golf - the weight loss is a surety since you have committed to it.
