I did poorly this week and it shows on the scale...I broke my diet 3-4 days in a row, I ate some really bad stuff for Easter despite the fact that I brought and ate a ton of veggies, and I ate fast food one night along with struggling this week. I am up 1.8lbs...no more cheating for me, it's really not worth it! I will take it one day at a time, but I want to be perfect on my diet for the rest of this week at least.
In trying to see the positive though, I am still down 10.6lbs since I started :)
