03 April 2012, I ate three plates of food at an all you can eat buffet at the M Resort. I also had breakfast that morning. I ate so much at the buffet, I almost vomitted there. OMG eveything was so good. I felt full enough to go a day and a half without eating but that didn't happen which is why I haven't monitored my calories for the past week. Spring Break vacation did not ruin my dieting but it did make it easier for me to self-indulge. I will be getting back on track 1st thing Monday, April 9th. Anyway, I couldn't tell you how many calories I consumed that day but I am guessing at least 4,000. I did not keep track of any of the past days because it was just a lot of expensive but fattening and delicious food. Oh! well...
