***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, 1 tsp. instant coffee, 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, 16.9 fl.oz. water, ice)
2.)Lunch:
3.)Dinner:
125.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
