I have always been told that if your muscles are sore to let them repair/rebuild themselves, but yesterday I decided to google it. I found a thread about people who got sore from Insanity and the lady wanted to know if she should take a break until her muscles healed. All the answers said no "push through it, your body will get used it it." Well last night, I went on a walk with a friend even though my calves were sore and today they are even worse, wth?! I didn't do Insanity last night because after the walk, she wanted to go to the Hibachi buffet. I pigged out =( Ugh, hate myself. I was so full and by the time I got home it was 8 so there was no way I could have done it. My boyfriend doesn't have to close tonight-thank god!- so hopefully we will do Insanity together. We'll have to move some furniture though lol. When you guys are sore, do you push through or let your muscles repair?
