Happy New Year! I've lost 32 pounds since starting Atkins on Sept. 9th. I've not been doing any formal exercise during this time and I probably could have lost another 20 if I had. So my New Year's resolution is to begin exercising. I have no excuses. I have a nice treadmill, an elliptical machine and a bowflex. No Excuses!!!!!
My goal is to start out with 30 minutes of exercise 3x a week and go from there.
Today's special value on QVC is Leslie Sansone's Walking Away the Pounds 5 DVD set - I ordered it and will do those DVD's as well as toning on the bowflex. I AM GOING TO DO THIS! No Excuses!!!
