I moved this past weekend so I have been eating out for like all meals. I know it's awful. I havent weighed myself in about a week. I will though. Tonight. I am going to start working out again probably tomorrow. It's just hard because I am getting settled in and don't even really have many groceries in the house. Ahhh! Ok well that's it for now!

Life changes can wreak havoc on healthy eating! Go to the store quick and stock up that fridge and freezer with lots of the healthy things you need to stay on track! Keep at it!!

don't stress too much. i agree with twoangels, get out there and get yourself some healthy food for your fridge/pantry, that way when you need to grab something, you have something worth grabbing! enjoy your new place!

At the very least, grab a big bag of pre-made salad and a few SBD frozen meals to get you by! Good luck getting settled in! :)
