I know I shouldn't go by what the scale says if I weigh myself every day, and I'm not going to 'weigh in' with the number I just got because I feel it's cheating (i typically record once a week unless I know for a fact I've gone waaaaayyyy off course, in which case I fight back down to where I was before recording a weigh in again).

But....

My scale says I'm 176.6, which is great news. I've been struggling to climb back up on the workout wagon, and I'm trying to break out of the 170s (moreso now than before because I'm visiting my family in a few weeks, and I want them to have a visible change to notice since my visit this past Christmas).

Woohoo! Let's see if I can keep this little streak going. It's also been a bit difficult because I've eaten things from hole-in-the-wall restaurants that I don't have nutrition facts for, and I've got exercise regiments on DVD that have no real calculations, so my numbers as of late have been give or take 50 - 150 calories (best guess).

With the weather getting nicer out, I'm hoping for a sunny Easter to try out my new bike!
