Sooooo, after falling off the wagon for a whole week (ugh!) I'm back at the Beach today! ;) So far so good. I made some homemade veggie/bean soup for lunch that is really good, so I'm quite full right now. I only had one bowl of it, but I drank about 24 oz of water along w/ it, so I'm floating! I'm going to avoid weighing myself again until Monday. Hopefully I'll at least be where I was at my last weigh-in.

I still have to figure out this site. I'm not sure how to log stuff like my daily activity. Am I supposed to account for everything, or just exercise? Any help out there??? ;) Anyway, have a great weekend to all!

It's best if you use the food diary (here or another site) to keep track of your nutrition intake...and Yes, record it all...! You'd be suprised how calories sneak in when we aren't paying close enough attention...the exercise diary works like the food diary - you enter in activity - I do find it's limited tho - to see the calories expended...It's quite easy really - once u get the hang of it...best of luck with your weigh in Monday! Keep focused...D
