Sooooo, after falling off the wagon for a whole week (ugh!) I'm back at the Beach today! ;) So far so good. I made some homemade veggie/bean soup for lunch that is really good, so I'm quite full right now. I only had one bowl of it, but I drank about 24 oz of water along w/ it, so I'm floating! I'm going to avoid weighing myself again until Monday. Hopefully I'll at least be where I was at my last weigh-in.
I still have to figure out this site. I'm not sure how to log stuff like my daily activity. Am I supposed to account for everything, or just exercise? Any help out there??? ;) Anyway, have a great weekend to all!
