As I suspected, yesterday was a fluke. Today, I am up again. That really is not a big deal. I ate very well yesterday. Staying well under the calorie limit for the day, Fridays during Lent will do that to you. I think I was down last Friday too. Anyway, I will keep working at the weight loss. I will get to my goal eventually. I still have many months ahead.
