i went to the gym for the first time in two weeks. honestly, it was great. i had been apprehensive about going lately since i had 1) messed with my knees when trying to squat >100lbs, and 2) had this awful chest pain. well, a doctor's appt later and some excellent proton-inhibitors have me going again. i've been eating lots of toast and nutrigrain bars for the last week or so because it didn't upset my stomach.

so onto my goals - i figure i've been consuming about 1500 cals a day for the last few and getting in nominal exercise, so the potential is here to start losing if i cutback on my intake. i know i have been at this weight-level for some time, but i got over the major hump in the last six months losing the last 17lbs, so i'm not terribly worried. however, it would be nice to have my weight down by summer.

parts of me reallly craves a pastry right now.

i also forgot to mention that i can't have caffeine anymore. no more earl grey tea w/bergamot, or even chocolate!! oh well, if it keeps the pain away, it's worth it.
