Well official weigh-in says down 0.8 lbs. Still going in the right direction but I need to step it up a notch. Been a bit difficult this week because I've been so drained but feeling better today so I really need to get my butt back in gear. I can do this! I can do this! I can do this! Just have to keep repeating this to myself.....
