Hi i’m redgirl12_3
Recently i had a operation on my knee and i have exercises i have to do to strengthen the knee and muscles.
Throughout this process i really started noticing my thighs and my stomach and my big arms and legs. I feel very self conscious about my body and my weight and i really want to gain control over it.
My goal is to lose 10-15 kg’s and i really have to push myself if i want to reach my goal
