Very quick entry, but something I came across that I find fascinating, especially since I take a couple of health supplements.

Someone compiled the studies done on health supplements to see which ones work and for what. Then informationisbeautiful.net made a chart showing what is most popular vs. what is thought to actually work. Here are the results:
