I have been saving most of my points for the end of the day but then i can't finish them. What can i do. Its been already 4 days since i have eaten 3-7 points under. I am also not feeling like eating anything for dinner just a little snack like mini rice cakes or a snack bar. Is something wrong with me? I feel really tried early in the day and a bit weak. How can i change this bad habit? could i make better daily plans? I am all out of ideas. My old daily plans dont sound at all appealing to me any more? Help?

Hi, I do the same thing as u, I try to save my points til the end of the day the trick Is to eat something high In protein In the morning, It really keeps u going and u dont have that tired feeling, It works for me. Good Luck
