I have been on this diet for 70 days and have lost 21 pounds and 3.7% of my beginning body fat. I have reached 28% of my goal. So far, I am 100% on target. I messed up but I got back on track. This is extremely difficult but I am focused on my goal.

This is a great site to keep yourself motivated. It has helped me a lot. My journey is easier because of the journal entries I read. Thank you all for sharing.
