Well, one thing after another. After getting all the colds over and over, I am now in the bed with a stomach virus. I think being nauseated is the worse feeling in the world. Every time I have company stay with us, I get sick. UGH!! My sister in law showed up with it and now it is going down the line, one by one. Only good thing is, it may help with the weigh in!! I have ate pretty much anything I wanted the past week and a half and I am not looking forward to seeing the results of my actions!! But i will face the music tomorrow morning. I have every intention of starting fresh and getting this last 30 lbs off. I have lost 35 so far so I am over half way!!

I am sorry to hear you've been feeling so sick! Growing up, I would get sick EVERY SINGLE YEAR during Christmas holidays! It's terrible. I hope you feel much better soon. Not sure if you've tried it, but the BEST thing to fight nausea is fresh ginger tea. Not too tasty, but works very quickly and very well!! Just boil some fresh ginger root and drink.

Man, being sick is for the birds.... I always get something all times of the year. I must say, since I've been faithful about taking vitamins and supplements, I have had much less sickness! Drink lots of tea and chicken broth or other fluids to keep hydrated. Hope you are better soon. :)

Sorry to hear you're sick, graciepoo. What a major bummer right after all the holiday fun. Hope that you are feeling better soon. Be good to yourself, make sure you give yourself time to recover.

ginger is good for sickness, specifically the tummy kind. Ginger ale (not 7-up) is also good besides ginger tea
