I've been gaining weight recently and have not wanted to post my weight. Well it's coming back off. I'm not sure if it's gaining muscle or just messing up on my diet. Hope I'll be doing better!
225.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 75.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
