Wow! What a wonderful response from everyone with hints and advice. How can I fail with such good support? Thank you everyone, I am inspired. Last night league bowling started. It is pretty fast paced so it kept my mind off wanting something to eat. I had a good diet day! I think I can get through another and another. I went from feeling helpless to now I can do it. I am starting off on Advanced nutrition Slim-fast to get me past the initial first few days and calm the craving. A shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch then a regular low carb meal for supper. After that I will focus on 20 carbs per day until I get back to goal. That is my plan and I am sticking to it.
