Ugh..I've been exhausted lately. I took a nap last night, didn't go to the gym, and ate 1 cookie for dinner, lol, wow. My tummy looks smaller than it was 2 weeks ago. I had the pregnant, bloated look. With my boyfriend getting off work at 8:30 or 9, I've been staying up later since he doesn't want to come home and then have to go to bed an hour or 2 later. He doesn't have to go into work til 11 or 12 so he doesn't want to go to bed early. I have to wake up at 6:45 every am so our schedules clash. I'm also feeling a lil overwhelmed with thoughts about the house I'm working on. If I decide to work on the house one night, I skip the gym so I'm thinkin until the house is done, I won't be able to solely focus on my health and going to the gym. I guess that means I'll be eating less and/or better if I'm skipping the gym. My bf is off today so we plan to go tonight, but he also wants to make steaks so we'll see. I wanted to shop tonight, but unfortunatley there is not enough time in the day for me to accomplish everything since I don't get off work til 5 =( wahhh. I'm not gonna stress it though. There is always tomorrow..or the next day haha. Have a great weekend FS buddies!!

Don't stress! It'll all get done eventually. Sometimes we have to make sacrifices, even though we don't want to. Maybe try focusing on yourself one week, and then on the house the next? Alternate a bit? This way you can still make progress on your weight for a week, stall out for a few days, and then keep going again. I hope your weekend isn't so stressful!!

I second peppymint's comment!! Plus, maybe that'd confuse your metabolism and muscles to get some extra losses?

lol I think my whole body is confused right now. Good ideas though. I will alternate..I just get so antsy ha. I'm making progress with the house and my body, slowly but surely! Can't wait til I'm happy with both =D
