Vaeyana's Journal, 29 March 2012

After researching a number of different diets, I have decided to give the Atkin's diet a go. I won't enjoy not being able to eat fruit, but hopefully it will be worth it!

I am a little concerned about how it will affect brain function, however, if I find it is adversely affecting my study, I may have to alter it to suit my needs.

You may get a head ache arround day 3, but it will pass. never notice any change in brain function. Atkins has worked well for me in the past just started Monday with my induction phase and I am already seeing results. Stick with it!
